Federal, State, and Local Bid Protests
In contract competitions, is not unusual for a disappointed bidder to contest the award decision. In some cases, a bidder may feel that it has been unfairly denied a competitive opportunity when the government awards a contract without competition. We represent clients in the defense or prosecution of such actions before the Federal Court of Claims, the Government Accountability Office, and state and local administrative agencies. We also have substantial experience in writ of mandamus proceedings in state courts challenging contract award decisions.
