Noell Rice is a litigation Associate with the firm. Her practice is focused on labor and employment issues; health care disputes involving billing reimbursement claims; and all forms of business litigation. Her labor and employment practice includes the litigation of wage and hour disputes; wrongful termination and discrimination claims; and advising clients on employee agreements, handbooks, and compliance issues.

Ms. Rice graduated cum laude from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law. During law school, she was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board where she won the 2015 IP LawMeet Western Regional Championship hosted at Chapman University. Ms. Rice was also an associate editor of the Nexus Journal of Law and Policy and a student editor of Orange County Lawyer Magazine.

Prior to law school, Ms. Rice worked as a civil litigation paralegal. Her non-legal experience includes working in the insurance industry where she previously held property and casualty and life insurance licenses. She also worked as a Medicare operations analyst for Molina Healthcare.
